Exact postcode is the default. An optional radius of 100–5000 metres is measured between ONS postcode centroids, not property coordinates. Individual rows are capped at 500 with explicit truncation; aggregates still cover every match.
Important context
Price Paid Data covers sales for value lodged for registration and excludes specified transaction types. Recent data is incomplete and revisions are normal. Civic Data does not estimate a property value, rank locations or provide investment commentary.
