Look up official flood bands and warnings, road, rail and airport noise bands, indicative radon, modelled air-pollution concentrations and TfL PTAL at a London postcode centroid. Civic returns cited facts, not a new score.
Flood data
The long-term value comes from the imported Environment Agency Risk of Flooding from Rivers and Sea polygon layer. Current alerts and warnings come from the real-time API and are returned only when the centroid is inside the published warning-area polygon.
The property-context release keeps present-day and central-2050s surface-water likelihood separate from rivers-and-sea risk. Neither is a property survey, insurance assessment or warning service.

Strategic noise mapping
Defra Round 4 road, rail and airport Lden and Lnight results are returned separately as published five-decibel model bands. The mapping covers major sources and agglomerations, so not_mapped does not mean quiet. dataset_unavailable instead means that the corresponding source has no completed import.

Modelled air quality
LAEI 2022 annual-mean NO₂, PM₂.₅ and PM₁₀ concentrations come from the 20 metre model cell containing the centroid. Separately cited UK legal and WHO 2021 reference values are facts only: there is no pass/fail label.

Indicative radon
The BGS result is the published highest indicative radon potential in the 1 km grid square containing the postcode centroid. It is not a building test or definitive property assessment; use UKradon and a property measurement when one is required.

PTAL
The PTAL response contains TfL’s official 2023 level and Access Index for the 100 metre WebCAT grid cell containing the centroid. TfL states that PTAL is for strategic planning and is not address-level data or a journey planner.

What this does not claim
A postcode centroid is not a building footprint. A location outside a mapped RoFRS polygon is reported as not_mapped, not “no risk”. Radon, noise and air values are area/model outputs rather than building measurements. Civic Data does not provide insurance, property, environmental-health, emergency or transport-planning advice.
