What to include

API or MCP problem: the X-Request-Id (REST) or request_id from the error body, the endpoint or tool, the postcode and the time in UTC. Never send payment keys or signed x402 payloads.
Data correction: the postcode, the dataset slug from the sources array, the value you believe is wrong and the official record that contradicts it. Civic Data republishes official data; corrections to the underlying record go to the publisher listed on the sources page.
Security report: a description and reproduction steps. Please allow a reasonable disclosure window before publishing; we acknowledge reports and keep you informed.
Commercial or bulk access: your use case, expected volume and whether you need area profiles, comparisons or new geographies.
