Applications are not constraints
This dataset describes development proposals submitted to planning authorities. Planning constraints describe designations such as conservation areas and listed buildings. Neither result is planning or legal advice.
Coverage and limitations
Civic Data retains applications with a published centroid and valid date. Data is supplied by applicants and London planning authorities, can be revised, and the GLA cannot warrant its quality or accuracy. Distance is from the ONS postcode centroid to the application centroid, not a site-boundary or entrance measurement.
